With a 6,600 lb lifting capacity and an 82.68-inch maximum height, it is suitable for SUVs, sedans, and light trucks in residential garages, commercial parking facilities, and workshops. Its 3.94-inch minimum height provides low ground clearance for easier vehicle entry.

Built for practical vehicle storage, the KT-P2700 uses hydraulic lifting with a 60- to 80-second lifting time and 40- to 60-second lowering time. The lift supports 110V or 220V, 50Hz or 60Hz electrical configurations, providing flexibility for different installations. A minimum 3,000 PSI concrete surface with 11 inch minimum thickness is required for installation.
